	Strawberry Graham Cracker Tart The classic flavor of strawberry cheesecake with a twist! A buttery graham cracker crust filled with cream cheese pastry cream and crowned with lightly sweetened, glazed strawberries reminds us that this combination is an oldie but goodie. Chill the assembled tart slightly before serving for easier slicing.
	Blackberry Swirl Cheesecake A gorgeous contrast of blackberry puree swirled into a creamy cheesecake. A deep purple blackberry puree spiked with blackberry liqueur dresses up this creamy and simple cheesecake. Berries soaked in the puree are then placed in a simple ring around the top of the cheesecake. If you don’t want to use the liqueur, simply substitute half the amount vanilla extract.
	Fresh Blueberry Pie with Lemon Pastry A juicy, sweet blueberry filling that combines cooked and fresh berries sits in a flaky piecrust with fresh grated lemon zest. The subtle citrus flavor paired with the rich blueberries is a perfect match. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
	Raspberry Grand Marnier Cheesecake Treat your guests or family to this beautiful fresh raspberry cheesecake. A clear raspberry glaze makes a pretty base for fresh raspberries lightly dusted with powdered sugar. To minimize cracking on top of a cheesecake, beat on low to medium speed and do not overbeat once the eggs are mixed in. And don't jar the cake while baking or cooling!
	Mixed Berry Tart Use your favorite combination of berries to top this play on a classic cheesecake. Lightly sweetened berries top vanilla bean-flecked pastry cream contained in a graham cracker crust. If you don’t have individual tart pans, a tart made in a 10-inch pan with a removable bottom will work as well.
	Strawberry Shortcakes with Orange Scented Whipped Cream Our classic strawberry shortcake with the addition of orange whipped cream is sure to please any palate. Tender buttermilk shortcake is filled with a pile of sweetened berries and fluffy homemade whipped cream with a hint of orange. This strawberry shortcake recipe is a keeper.
