COOKBOOK PREVIEW (8 recipes)
Quick and Tangy Crab We used to always have this on the buffet for New Years eve. get togethers.
Crab Balls This is a family favorite, everyone always asks for the recipe after they have had it.
Yaki Mandu (egg rolls) One of my families MOST favorite dishes. I learned how to make this from a Korean neighbor when we lived in Ft. Knox. I just recently found out that Koreans also served simmered in broth instead of fried. I think it would be good either way. I also have tried baking them without frying and they are just as good and that way you get a lot less fat.
Deviled Crabs Who doesn't need another appetizer recipe?
Cheesy Corn Bites I am making these to serve with chili.
Marinated Mushrooms Marinated mushrooms are one of my favorite foods.
Caramel Corn This is my mother's recipe. It was always a very special treat for us when Mom made this. We always knew when we saw the note for the milkman to leave cream that this would be made soon.
Uncomplicated Dip for vegggies I learned to make this at a very young age. It was a favorite of my family when I was growing up. It has very few ingredients, is easy to whip up and tastes delicious.
