Yaki Mandu (egg rolls)One of my families MOST favorite dishes. I learned how to make this from a Korean neighbor when we lived in Ft. Knox. I just recently found out that Koreans also served simmered in broth instead of fried. I think it would be good either way. I also have tried baking them without frying and they are just as good and that way you get a lot less fat.
Caramel CornThis is my mother's recipe. It was always a very special treat for us when Mom made this. We always knew when we saw the note for the milkman to leave cream that this would be made soon.
Uncomplicated Dip for vegggiesI learned to make this at a very young age. It was a favorite of my family when I was growing up. It has very few ingredients, is easy to whip up and tastes delicious.
