Feel free to use any combination of vegetables you choose in this stir-fry. I use organic vegetables purchase from Whole Food Grocery Store or the local farmer’s market.

In 2001, while visiting friends in the UK, I was introduced to a wonderful dish called, "Shepherd's Pie." This dish was absolutely wonderful. The following recipe is my version of the Shepherd's pie, which I adapted from the original author, Susan Viosin.

Hi Brenda, So far, I have tried the “Vegan Chick’n Stir-Fry” and the “Baked Sweet Potato Fries”. These dishes were quick and easy, plus they are healthy and taste great! I plan to try the “Make it Yourself Burrito” next. Thanks for recommending these great recipes!
