Carrot and Beets Lettuce BoatsThis is a favorite for several reasons. Easy to make something that tastes so fresh. Colors are vibrant, you will get full marks for presentation if you bring it to a lunch or dinner party.
Tender Raw Ready GreensThis mix is simple, it is veggie ready and not strong - use it in recipes as you wish. You've saved yourself the step of washing, shredding, lemon juice massage and the wait time for each meal you make.
Curry Cabbage Salad with CashewsThis salad does better when made ahead, the cabbage softens up nicely. The curry is mild. I have served this at potlucks to people who don't like curry. They all wanted a second helping and the recipe.
Carrot Slaw with CaraweyThis is a great salad to make ahead of time, it holds up well in the fridge.
Sunshine Citrus SaladThis salad is a favorite of mine. It's easy to prepare, warms you up on a cold day and satisfies your tummy in every way. The recipe is a guide, the variations are endless. I've listed the basic ingredients and some add on's. Mix and match as you please.
Broccoli and Raisin SaladI make this salad often and never get tired of it. It is portable, stays fresh in the fridge for a few days. It is always well received when taken to potlucks or picnics.
Slaw the Shredded SaladSlaw - excellent salad to prepare in advance to when you need it. It holds up well, in fact tastes better if you make it several hours before you need it. The flavors enhance in the fridge.
Waldorf Salad - Raw VeganFresh, crunchy, satisfying, quick and easy to prepare. Holds up well in the fridge, so can be prepared the day before. What more can you ask for from a salad.? It took me 5 minutes to prepare using my handy dandy food chopper.
Avocado balls for saladThese are very fun. They don't take much extra effort to make and are very well received by any guests I have served them to.
Grapefruit Jicama with Avocado DressingThis is a very simple easy salad to make. I've included several options if you don't have some ingredients. The avocado dressing is filling, it's all you need.
