COOKBOOK DESCRIPTION

This is a collection of shrimp recipes inspired by the character "Bubba Blue" from the movie Forrest Gump. After watching the movie many times, I wanted to put together a cookbook that featured our households favorite recipes. Here in Louisiana shrimp is a common menu choice, so I could really relate to all the different ways "Bubba" describes preparing shrimp. I hope you enjoy!!!

	Shrimp Etoufee A creole/cajun recipe that has been in our family for many years.
	Shrimp Cocktail Pizza This recipe was given to me by a co-worker. It's quick, easy and tastes great.
	Shrimp Creole An authentic cajun recipe. This is recipe is an all-time favorite of ours and one we grew up with here in Louisiana.
	Shrimp Fettuccini A great fettuccini recipe that is sure to please. It can be made also using cooked crab meat (including imitation) or crawfish.
