Bisquick Chocolate Chip CookiesThese are so easy and so good you will never make chocolate chip cookies the "old" way again. Let the kids help with these.
Blue Ribbon Award Winning Red Potato SaladThis won me a Blue Ribbon 3 years in a row. It is soooo good.
Crockpot Beef and BroccoliMy cousin Jody is married to a Doctor and they don't have a lot of time for meals together. This is great to always have on the "ready".
Golden Arches Cheeseburger Salad with Big Mac DressingWhat could be better than deconstructing one of our all time favorite sandwiches? Even has the "special sauce".
Better Than Olive Garden Alfredo SauceThis is so easy and so good, it has fast become a family favorite.
Gran's Blue Ribbon Peach Praline PieThis is my Gran's recipe. It is a true Southern traditional dessert.
Chili’s Spicy Garlic & Lime ShrimpOur family loves this so much I decided to do some experimenting and this is pretty darn right on! Enjoy!
Double Chocolate Coca Cola CakeI can remember my Mom sending me to the store for a can of Coke. This was a real treat, as I got to get an extra can to drink on the walk home.
Mom's Giant Gingersnap CookiesMom used to let us "drop" the cookie sheet on the table a bunch of times because she said it helped crackle the top of the cookies. I am not sure about that, but it sure was fun.
Gran’s Crock Pot Twice Baked Potato SoupGran always made this in the winter. It was especially welcome after chores or sled riding.
Gran’s Summer Strawberry CakeWe used to have this cake only when strawberries were in season, but it is way too good not to have it year round.I have adapted the recipe for frozen strawberries if you don't have fresh. Either way, it is out of this world.
Irish Sour Cream Coffee CakeDorothy Maher, my mother-in-law was pure Irish. She made this often for breakfasts and brunch at her house. Takes some time, but well worth it.
Italian Drunken Noodles"This pasta dish is quick and easy. The sauce is flavorful and the spicy Italian sausage gives it just a little kick. Serve with a salad and warm Italian bread."
Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Chicken BitesThese are super yummy and Sooo Easy. Serve them at your next BBQ. Your friends will love you for it!
Maid Rite Sandwiches – Original RecipeYou can't live in the Midwest and not know what a Maid Rite is. It's as American as Mothers, Flags and Apple Pie. This is the original recipe. A lot of people think there is Coca Cola or Dr Pepper in the recipe. Not a chance!
Just Like Chili's Monterey ChickenWe used to order these often at Chili's, but now that I know they are so easy we make them in our own kitchen.
Grandma’s Absolute Best Cinnamon RollsWe used to have these only on holidays. Don't know why, they are pretty simple. Well, after enough complaining and begging, now we have them often.
Pat's Peanut Butter Pound Cake Recipethis recipe is from a dear friend, Pat McNeeley. She passed away on June 27th, 2013. She had struggled with MS for many years. She made this cake a lot. Sitting here thinking of her brought this cake to mind. Hope you like it!
Hands Down Best Ever Clam ChowderThis, along with Oyster Stew, are New Years Eve at our home. This recipe is a take-off on Red Lobsters Clam Chowder.
Sally's Sassy Chicken SpaghettiAlways serve this during the holidays. Every single person will ask you for the recipe so be prepared.
Peanut Butter Cup BrowniesFudgy brownies + peanut butter cups + salty peanuts + a little snap, crackle, and pop. I promise you won’t be able to eat just one.
Bubble Up EnchiladasIf you’re into recipes, then I suspect you’ve seen a version of this recipe. Bubble up enchiladas. Bubble up pizza. Bubble up chicken pot pie. The approach is the same, and so easy.
Triple Threat Peanut Butter BarsPeanut Butter, Peanut Butter and more Peanut Butter and Chocolate. These have to be delicious! These bars are seriously perfect. Great for after school or bake sales.
Mallow Cup BrowniesI love Mallow Cups and they are getting really hard to find. These do the trick! So yummy.
Caramel Butter Pecan BarsA buttery cookie layer, a caramel layer, a pecan layer, and a chocolate layer.
Chocolate Coconut Bundt CakeIt's like your favorite candy bar in CAKE form! If you like coconut, you're going to love this wonderful blend of fabulous flavors.
German Chocolate BrowniesThis recipe is a combination of two different recipes…I loved the topping on one, but wanted to use my favorite brownie recipe instead. Keep in mind that you can totally adapt this to use your own brownie recipe or even a mix. Just be sure to double the topping if your brownies require a 9×13 pan.
So Easy Banana PuddingEvery time I make this, I get raves and requests for the recipe galore. Now whenever I take it somewhere, I also take along some written recipe cards to hand out.
Homemade Krispy KremesOne of my Canadian friends gave me this recipe and tells me it is the original. I don't know for sure, but they definitely are good.
Original Grape Nuts Bread Recipe from 1940’sThis was found in a shoebox tucked away in a closet. It had been cut out of the Grape Nuts package.
