Hmmmmm, I thought that was a garlic keeper. Isn't roast garlic one of the greatest flavors. My favorite bread is studded with roast garlic, mmmmm.

I loooove roasted garlic spread on nice crusty bread!! Yummm

That's my brand new garlic roaster by the way Smile I just bought it yesterday and am giving my old ugly terra cotta one to a charity garage sale Razz

Ahhhh brand new, that is why it doesn't look like you had roasted in it. I had a garlic keeper, smaller than that, but it looked like that.

Roasted garlic on crusty bread or in bread, all GOOD! I also like roasting it and putting it in my mashies!

I noticed only two packages of pasta...you should see my cupboard...at least twenty boxes...looks like the supermarket isle...Italian household! Oh, and the next shelf would be all canned tomatoes...at least 50 cans - ha, ha!

It must be sooo great to have a bird like that!

Hey, you guys...my version of a garlic keeper is a large roll of aluminum foil!
