SALUD!

Well, I went to culinary school, but I don't really consider myself a "chef", per se...although all friends and family are always introducing me as a chef...kinda embarrassing. I just work in a kitchen at Notre Dame....we serve the students during the school year and also are the "Catering By Design" cooks. We're having alot of sports camps, reunions, etc over the summer and some days are insane. Worked till 3:30 AM one day last month. Football season we work overnight!

Moni - I didnt know you were having wildfires Sad

(just relieved that I'm not the cause of the smell LOL).

Heather - thats so cool that you get to cook but even cooler that you went to culinary school. I would LOVE to do that, just for fun. Id be afraid that if I had to cool for my job, it would take away the joy of doing it for fun.

Some people say that...they don't want to cook when they get home from cookin' all day. NOT ME....as you can probably tell. Can't help it, foods my passion!
