This months wine is a Soave (pronounced SWAH-vay).... One of the unsung heroes of the Italian Wine world.
Soave is a light, straw-colored, slightly sweet and fruity wine. Named after a small town nestled among vine-covered hills in the shadow of a handsome and well-preserved castle, Soave is made from Trebbiano and local, Garganega grapes. Soave, Italy's best selling white wine, is best consumed young, no longer than three years from the vintage.
Here's the format: (for anyone that's new.. copy and past the info below and create your own review of the win you choose. Post it to the thread and upload a photo. If you need help uploading a photo, let us know - we'd be happy to help or upload it for you!)

Swah-ve? Rico Swah-ve?
Ok, that was awful. I don't know that I've see this one, but I know I've never looked for it. I love trying new wines. _________________ Cooking Stuff

Yep, The "must" from Wine making is used for Balsamic
Personally, I don't find them all that sweet...They tend a little toward the dry side with a slightly bitter finish that pairs excellently with a crisp salad of bitter herbs like endive, raddichio, and arugula. _________________ ~ Shane

I am sure that if you washed your hair with it, it would look like you "spent a fortune on your hair", but WHY would you want to waste perfectly good wine when a beer and an egg will do the same thing...
You need a Vietnamese coffee... THAT will perk ya RIGHT up! If the caffeine doesn't get ya, the Sugar will... _________________ ~ Shane
