I just realized I completely forgot to take anything out of the freezer to cook. Crap. I need to pick up a few things anyway so I'm thinking I'll grab some beef and use up the rest of a bottle of Diet Dr. Pepper to make a stew Smile

I've never cooked with soda, so it should be interesting!

Took some meatballs out of the freezer and plated it up with celeriac potato mash and French beans.

I browned up some pork loin slices with some apples, reduced down some cider and added it to the pan with some cinnamon and allspice, made some whipped sweet potatoes and steamed snow peas for the veggie.

That is hubby's plate by the way, he was really hungry.

(kidding aside, your shot is beautiful!)

Jim's coming home late so I had broiled salmon with a reduced teriaki/balsamic sauce, cooked spinach, and garlic butter potatoes. I'm swelling up from all the salt as I type LOL It was YUM tho Very Happy
