Sorry Spryte - I just saw this. I ate it as a dessert cuz I didn't know better LOL....but after talking to my mom and sister, they use it as a side dish with pork chops. But...just so's you know, it is sweet. If I were you, if you're planning on making it, I'd 1/2 the recipe cuz it makes a ton!!

I know it does. My sister gave me the recipe years ago and it ttok me this long to even try it cuz even the ingredients sound weird. But Cathy made a good point; if you order a hawaiian pizza it has pineapple on it along with the cheese. That made it sound more sane LOL
