Just wanted to say DD should have won that contest. What was so great about the snoopy cake? We will pump up our efforts next time.

Eric, I hope your test went well today.

Axel, that apple pumpkin cake sounds good, I might give it a try. Do you think it could be frozen. I was thinking I could make it for a workshop I have in a couple of weeks. Apples might get too soggy.

Karen we don't know if you can freeze that cake, since we have never tried freezing the Harvest cake.
