So, I just saw a show called "Wine for the Confused" with John Cleese. It was good, I enjoyed it. Good tips, a little info, all delivered with a pleasant British accent. It's on Netflix and Hulu, for those who are interested.

I have a question to pose to my fellow lushes....what if one night we (anyone who can join in) gather here and do our tasting and pairing live, so to speak. That way the less knowledgeable can pick the brains of the more knowledgeable during the process and really learn something.

We haven't done a wine tasting since december. This one never got done LOL....so lets do whatever to get us all involved again. What if we pick a wine to review AND use in a recipe that we share? make it more interesting?
