I'm making pork tenderloin, tortellini with browned butter sauce, and tossed salad.

Sounds great Vicki. I had a simple bowl of noodles with stirfried onions and cabbage.

Almost didn't make dinner I was sure the meat was in the fridge, instead I put it in the freezer yesterday. Had to speed up defrosting process in the microvawe. Dinner saved.

Ick. I won't be getting home until after 8:30 tonight.
I have a kale and spinach tart that is on my list of things to make soon with my new tart pan. _________________ Kathy

I had buttermilk baked chicken... But I gotta tell ya about the disgusting this I had for lunch... I was running errands and stopped to pick up a wrap... Disgusting! They didn't cook/warm/grill the tortilla before filling it and it was all soggy & doughy on the inside... Isn't that pretty standard for any sort of flour tortilla? I don't eat a lot of wraps, so I am not sure... I just know what to do when I make burritos, soft tacos or quesadillas... Am I way off base here? I mean the package says "ready to eat", but they are really only par cooked... _________________ ~ Shane
