I don't know about you, but we have sure signs of spring... and it is making me hungry for fresh foods!

I've noticed tulips popping up, I see lady bugs out and about... even found a cute little purple flower had popped up in my mini-orchard. There are buds on my peach tree, meaning now is a good time to plant another pear tree, and move a grape vine. Perfect timing to plant some lettuce, bok choy, fennel, carrots, peas and spinach. Makes my mouth water just thinking about the radishes that are only 2 weeks from being ready!

Spring is coming on fast... anyone have anything planted, or started in the house? Anyone making a plant shopping list, or a planning a special recipe with something you've already grown recently?!

I know some of you are getting great harvests south of the equator? Got some lovely photos of your harvests to share to inspire the rest of us?!?!!

Here or some photos to inspire you from my neck of the woods.

Moved Grape vine

New bed in the front yard I'm adding a path through. They'll be everything from beans to tomatoes in there. Just planted some fennel and bok choy in there today.

Flower out in the orchard.

My onion bed I planted in October. The elephant garlic in there is already huge.

NEw growth on my climbing roses.

Buckets for my potatoes which I planted 2 weeks ago.

Hubby removing a dead tree today. Which means more garden space, or more trees!!!! Smile

Happy Spring!
