is archway known as mothers as well? the packaging is very similar and when I went on the website, they don't have retailers in California....but we have Mothers here and the cookies look the same. if so....I LOVE the iced oatmeal and the circus animal cookies. They use to have an iced oatmeal raisin cookie that was my absolute favorite but I haven't seen it in years. _________________ Danielle

| Cookie update! Just heard from the company that the cookies are on their way! you should all get them by Sat. We'll start the 2 week countdown on Sunday (or after we confirm everyone has received them). Can't wait to see what you come up with... then don't forget to add the recipe to the Archway Cookies $250 recipe contest - http://www.bakespace.com/?archwaycookies (add the recipe to the little widget on their profile... you can do that anytime! Check deadline date on widget) |

Well... My mom makes this raspberry meringue thing, it has a cookie crust then a layer of meringue that is baked until the meringue turns golden, then you top that with a layer of raspberries finish it off with whipped cream....
It really good and refreshing on a hot day.... But I think it's made with vanilla wafer crust.... Though it might be tasty with the almonds windmill cookies... _________________ ~ Shane
