For some reason I was wanting something raspberry. Even though the color of this sangria is red, I'm still calling it a white sangria cuz it was made with white wine. This is fruity and yummy. Like drinking a glass of juice with a bite that sneaks up on ya. It makes a lot which is great for a party. I mixed it (minus the fruit) in a stock pot...dumped the fruit into a pitcher and filled the pitcher with the sangria. I poured the rest back into the wine bottles. As the pitcher emptied, I refilled from the bottles.

Raspberry White Sangria
1 orange, pealed and sliced
1 pear, pealed and sliced
1/2 lb frozen raspberries (or fresh)
1/2 lb fresh frozen strawberries (or fresh)

1 bottle of Beringers Moscato
1 bottle Beringer White Zin
3 cups cran-raspberry juice
3 cups gingerale
1 cup white rum
1/2 cup simple syrup
