Hey guys! We have a new contest sponsored by our friends at Archway Cookies. This time it's for a $275 gift card! 
Here's the skinny...
We'll send 16 special boxes filled with Archway Holiday Cookies (these only come out at this time of year) to the first 16 members to post after this message.
Once you get your box of cookies, you'll have 2 weeks to come up with a holiday themed photo that includes your cookies in the photo. This is not like the last contest where you had to use the cookies in a recipe - you're just using the cookies in a photo - think holiday "scene" or turning cookies into a snowman... it's more a fun photo contest using their cookies. No baking needed!
You'll send us the photo and we'll post it on our blog. Then for about two weeks, the community will be able to comment on which photo they think is the best "holiday" themed. The photo that gets the most comments wins the gift card.
We will be inviting our twitter & facebook friends to vote too to support our creative community of home cooks. This will not be a "vote every day" kind of contest... so your friends don't get mad at you before the holidays.
So, if you want a special gift box from Archway with all the new holiday flavors to try and you're gonna take a picture and sent it to us... post below! The first 16 to commit are in!

Courtney - we'll send the cookies out within the next few days... then we'll ask that you get us the photo in the next two weeks from when they are delivered. Then you'll have until Dec. 22 for votes. The idea is that we'll let you know the deadline to get me the photo. On the next day we'll put them up. If you're a little late it's ok... you will just have less time to get votes. Make sense?
I'm hoping to get all our sign ups today so we can order the cookies tomorrow. If you're on this list... send me your address in a direct message through the forums. Can't wait to see what you guys do...
Remember, the cookies can be used in a holiday scene... so the photos can be playful (not taken too seriously in tone). |
