Looks good to me, we are having a picnic for my Mother's Day celebration, smoked pork shoulder, coleslaw, potato chips, chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, and banana pudding, the kind with Nilla Wafers. We are having 2 desserts because I was thinking about what we were having and thinking Madison would be disappointed if we didn't have any dessert so I was in the middle of making the cake when hubby said, "Oh, I was going to take everyone out for ice cream." Hmmmm, seems like he could have said that when I mentioned having no dessert. Then to top it off DIL decided to surprise me and bring the dessert she knows I love. Guess we will have plenty to eat.

Still warm today, although clouds are coming in. Hopefully with some much needed rain. I decided to let the oven do the work for me while I was sitting outside in the courtyard. It became a kind of Mac and Cheese. Macaroni bake with mozzarella, roquefort, zucchini, minced meat and onions.

Oh YUM!!!! Looks like you have plenty for me...I'll be right over Smile

I spent the day cleaning yesterday then dennis and I went out for dinner and drinks (it was our 23rd anniversary). I'm in the middle of baking some Sun Moon Cookies and a loaf of sourdough bread. I have no idea what the girls have planned for dinner tonight. hmmm, now that I think of it, I'm assuming they have SOMEthing planned Shocked
