Are we still cooking dinners these days? I have to admit I was too busy lately to make much out of it and Guiseppe's pizza's are very yummy. But today I played in the kitchen again and made a BCC [bell peppers, cashews and chicken] Very Happy

A rainy day with temperatures in the 50's = SOUP! I'm making Vegetable Beef Barley Soup with coleslaw on the side.

I'll be grilling Chicken to serve with BBQ Baked Beans and Mac & Cheese.

Spryte - I haven't grilled chicken in years. Do you marinade it first? What parts of the chicken do you use? How long does it usually take?

I ate lunch out with my sister, penne ala vodka and a wonderful salad. We were still kind of full for dinner so we just had a bowl of cereal with fresh local strawberries. MMMmmm summer is almost here.
