Are we still cooking dinners these days? I have to admit I was too busy lately to make much out of it and Guiseppe's pizza's are very yummy. But today I played in the kitchen again and made a BCC [bell peppers, cashews and chicken]

A rainy day with temperatures in the 50's = SOUP! I'm making Vegetable Beef Barley Soup with coleslaw on the side.

Spryte - I haven't grilled chicken in years. Do you marinade it first? What parts of the chicken do you use? How long does it usually take?

I dry rubbed boneless skinless breasts with some cajun seasoning and left them in the fridge overnight... then I put them on the grill and brushed them with BBQ sauce when they were almost done. _________________ ~Marguerite

Thanks, Spryte. Maybe I'll grill chicken breasts in the next week or two.
