On another forum I'm on, they have a game called Simon Sez, I say do a bakespace version of that. Every month "Simon Sez" what "type" of wine. At the end of the month, Simon picks his/her personnal favorite post/recipe/wine from the "submissions" and that poster becomes the next "Simon"....

I would think weekend would be easier (might have a slight hangover).  Maybe a sunday afternoon/evening... early enough to get friends out -- maybe 5pm pacific, 8pm eastern for an hour?

Me too regarding the red. I've set up an event page on facebook to remind folks... I'll add a chat here.. .I'm hoping to get a video one going so we can get Rick to walk us through the wine. We'll see. I may be able to add the video on facebook too so our friends can tune in if they can't tear themselves away from the stream or farmville. LOLOL
