I made chicken legs from the oven tonight and had it with some plain salad, tomatoes and olives

Here's my Cambodian chicken....it tasted good....but I think Dennis had the coals too hot. He won't listen to me about anything to do with grilling and wont even refer to the bbq cookbook he got last year for Father's day. I think he figures he does just fine and doesn't hold to the philosophy that there's always room for improvement and growth

I didn't like the dipping sauce that the recipe included. So after a couple of dips, I abandoned it all together. I think next time I'll make the glaze a little spicy for more flavor...and hopefully the coals won't be blazing hot.

it looks beautiful!! What's in the sauce?

I just set out a loaf of quinoa bread to rise for sandwiches this week. For tonight, I might put some chicken tenders on skewers with bell peppers and pineapple to grill.

I haven't cooked with peanuts or peanut butter (other than for desserts). For some reason, I'm afraid of the flavor. Although I am a HUGE peanut butter fan...I'm just not sure what to expect as a savory ingredient.
