Hello everybody, what will be on the menu this weekend?
Today at lunch I needed some comfort food, cause it became clear that the rain would wash away any outdoor activity. So I made a hamburger and ate it staring at the rain drops running down the windows.
Tonight I stir fried some cabbage and chicken and dished it up with noodles in sesame oil and parsley dressing.

i have no photos cause I'm too tired to play with Photobucket, but I stuffed hot banana peppers with hot sausage and cheese. Stuffed green peppers with ground meat and rice. Stuffed zucchini blossoms with ricotta cheese, feta, and mozzarella. Yesterday I made stuffed cabbage....................don't stand to close or still for too long or I will stuff you too.................. _________________ Karen

Gigi, I'm running!!!!!!!!!!!. Didn't get to post it yesterday, but I made spaghetti with chicken livers in tomato sauce. The sauce was really wonderful, probably due to the half a bottle of red wine cooked in it
