Axel, I wanted to tell you what we did at our Bunco gathering tonight. Our hostess said that instead of bringing her a hostess gift, could we make a donation to the Wounded Veterans Organization. She had camouflage plastic table covering and plastic green helmets for candy. It was a very good idea and as a hostess gift, she gave us each a bracelet made from parachute string and uniform buttons. They are made by women in Afghanistan and they receive all the money from the bracelets. Also, I meant to tell you that we joined the local VFW a couple of months ago. Danny did not serve in the military, but both of our fathers did. It seems like a nice group of people and the food they serve is very, very good. _________________ Karen
