GOOD MORNING GIRLS, Just a quick note to say Hello. Lots of Fog this morning, But I think I heard on the news that from today up to and including the week-end we are going to have a beautiful week with alot of Sun and comfortable temps. I have several things to get finished today, starting with my shower and ending with Dinner and grocery shopping with my guy! Of course after we get home it'll be Am. Idol time! So what is everyone else doing today?

I'm headed for the shower and I'll stop in a bit later. HUGS!

Good morning Debbie, and all who come in today.
I went to the dr yesterday about my dizziness, and he said that I had some fluid build up in my sinus and ears. So that is probably what is making me dizzy. He gave me some meds for it.
Not going to do too much today, maybe a load of laundry and dishes.
Debbie, have a good day with all of your running. Hope your leg is doing ok.
I will ttyl

Hello Patti, I should have mentioned that you might have fluid around you ears and sinuses. Jim had that a few weeks ago. He was dizzy also. Hope your Meds help you feel better. Take it easy until you feel better.
As for myself, same ole same ole, just a different day! Thanks for asking.

Have a good day....HUGS!

We are finally seeing some sun here. Hubby is going to finish power washing the house today, he is almost as bad as me, it just was worrying him to death not having it finished. Not sure what I will do today. I guess I should say, not sure what I will be ABLE to do. I had called the DR.'s office last week and told them I don't think this new medicine is helping at all and they told me it could take up to a month for it to build up enough in my body to do any good.
My sister is still doing good. She has to go for a check up this week. I told her to write down her questions so she remembers to get answers.
I had such a wonderful Mother's Day, all of my sons were here with their families. They went together and bought me a really nice composter. It is up on legs, so I can reach into it easy, and it has a handle to crank to stir it up. I have had a compost pile since we moved here but I can't take a shovel and turn it like it needs done. I am sure many people will think it is an odd gift, but it was perfect for me. Poor kids had to finish putting it together in the rain, but they were determined to have it ready to go before they left.
**Nubbins, sorry to hear that your injury was so bad. I hope you continue getting better and better.
**Debbie, you have been a busy girl.
**Fan, you seem to be another busy one.
**Vicki, you seem to have been to a lot of celebrations this month.
Sorry I can't remember more, gotta go get some lunch,

Hi Patti T, Glad you had such a Beautiful Mother's day. I think the composter was a perfect gift for you. They bought you something that was very useful to you and with your health in mind. I'm sure you'll have some rich looking dirt in no time. Glad to hear your Sister is continuing to get well. Now for you....what are we gonna do with ourselves? Seems like neither one of us can find something to help make our lives a little less Pain Free! I have actually forgot what feeling 100% is like. Like the doctor says, maybe a month will do the trick for you, let's pray!

Well, Off to try and do something with this hair. Tiffany suggested I get it cute short again, said it looks better on me, but I'm NOT happy about it, I can't do anything with it, especially right after washing it. Enjoy the rest of your day! HUGS!

Hi everybody, have a great day Very Happy

Grammadot, glad you've had it checked out. The right medication will make a difference.
Debbie, you sound awfully active Smile . Enjoy the good weather for me, cause ours is like crap. It's more than 5C below average.
PattiT, your sons sure went a long way to find you the perfect gift for Mother's Day Laughing . Most mums would have preferred a nice perfume or something. Good to hear your sis is still doing well.

Tomorrow is the last office day of the week. Somehow me and the boss without consulting each other, both decided not to focus on any big projects this week but try to sort out some smaller things and get them out of the way. Pretty relaxing, cause you can finally see some things go from your work list.
Then there's a vague intention growing in my head of following Ann-Marie's example of a Spring Kitchen Cleaning. Would be nice to have that done before Sunday's cook out.
For today I'm done, gonna finish my tea and hit the nest. See you all tomorrow

Hi Everybody!
Still beautiful weather here!
It was a perfect day for a nice ride along the lake (Ontario). I had to meet the insurance rep at my daughter's "old" house to talk to him about repairs on the sunken roof. Not good news.... it could be one of two things wrong. In order to find out the cause, we have to have someone take off part of the roof to see the damage. If it is caused by something broken in the roof.... it will be covered by insurance. But if it's NOT caused by something that broke, then the whole building is settling (sinking) and they don't cover that. But we have to have the roof taken apart to find out and if the damage isn't in the roof...they just CAUSED damage which will have to be replaced!! So either way, it will cost big bucks! So tomorrow I have to try to get a few estimates, which I hope will be possible without me driving out there again.( hour and 1/2 drive Evil or Very Mad )

Jim is going to Pennsylvania for two days of golf with some of his buddies tomorrow. I'm so glad the forecast looks good. So today I baked a big batch of Almond Biscotti for him to take along. He likes to brag to the guys about what a good cook I am (what a sweetie!) so I wanted to make something he could share. They turned out great.

Things are growing fast around here now that the weather has warmed up. I can't believe how fast the trees just burst out in leaves the last few days! They look so pretty! That wild turkey is still hanging around every morning in my yard and the bunny is still here... I haven't seen any baby bunnies yet, though.

Hope everyone who's not feeling too great...feels better soon!
Fan - enjoy your long weekend!
Hi to everybody else!
