Vicki - The French toast was indeed a hit, and there was enough so that I could bring a couple of pieces home. Vicki as far as the weather concerns, we haven't seen snow in almost twenty years. One of Kathie's childhood friends who lives in Michigan spend spring and summer in her house in Michigan and lives in Florida during fall and winter where she purchased a double wide trailer what is called a manufactured home.

Ann-Marie - We are busy seven days of the week. This week will be a bit of a lighter week, but every day we start the day by making a Things to Do list and don't stop until everything on our things to do list is done.

Pat - As soon as Kathie types up the recipe for the blueberry/strawberry French toast with cream cheese bake I'll share it, because right now we only have several notes.

Have a Super Day!

Aloha ke Akua,
Axel & Kathie

Thanks guys for your kind words about the design. We're still tweaking, and the recipes still need to be reworked... as you can see there is some spacing issues. But it's a start. We're getting good feedback from folks so I think it will be well received. Smile We really needed an update and to streamline the site a bit so people understood what we do and why we're different. In 2008 I kind of screwed things up a bit... made it too big - too wide open. Thanks for sticking around while I figured it out. Smile
