Good Morning, Friends!
I've been missing in action due to computer problems. Every drive is now scanned and backed up. And, my email is finally fixed. The rainy weather was perfect for those inside jobs.
Here is another picture from the last sunny day, Friday. So many autumn leaves are on the ground... ready to rake and bag. I need the grandchildren here to jump in the piles.
~~Vicki

Good morning Vicki, I bet your grandchildren would absolutely love jumping in a pile of leaves. That tree is spectacular! It is sunny here but windy. Hubby had planned on going hunting but decided against it because of the wind. He is now out mulching the fallen leaves in our yard. No real pretty ones around here. In traveling we see one here and there. I am getting ready to make some pumpkin whoopie pies for hubby to take to work tomorrow. I really need to make an apple crisp or something to use up some of my apples. Too bad they don't freeze very well (the apple crisp).
I was up a lot pacing the floor, trying to figure out what to do about my back and legs hurting so bad, I am going to try wearing my back brace to see if it helps.
By the way, I think grandchildren enjoy jumping in the leaves way more than raking them. Madison tried raking but quit after about 4 swipes.
Hello to everyone else who happens by today. I hope to get a chance to check back later. _________________ Patti

Hey Y'all:
It is beautiful here, good temps, sun is shining, slight breeze. Going to visit dh tomorrow. No pay check yet for sd, Hopefully today will be the day she gets it.
I am hoping that Max is finally catching on to the equation of roll in poop = bath. He is so big it is difficult to bathe him. Funny, he will walk all through the pond that is loaded with duckweed but mention bath within his earshot & he will try to find a place to hide. When I finally get him in the bathroom with the door closed he will try to hide behind the bidet...sticks his head back there & figures I don't see the rest of his 130 lb. body. He is just plain silly.
Pattit it sounds like you got some well deserved spoiling on Saturday.
Gonna work on trying to get the power window on my car to work. Electrical Manual I have for it says that the pink wire sends power to the window motor. So I figure if I find the pink wire in the glob of them & replace it with an inline splice then it should work...maybe...hope so
Y'all take care...

Hi everybody, have a great day
Nubbins, I do feel for poor Max. It made me laugh too .
PattiT, poor hubby. I bet he'd rather be out hunting instead. Yummy apple crisp, can I be of any help?
Vicki, glad your e-mail is back in the air again.
I had a busy day at the office, the boss being back, some new projects I had put up and had been waiting for response for more than two weeks suddenly starting to run all at the same time. And my biggest project has a huge set back while holidays are coming closer. Only seven weeks at the office this year .
Myo has discovered that the furnace is burning again, so I found her with her but on top of the furnace when I got home this evening. Just wondering what she'll do tonight; my bed or the furnace. _________________ Fanmajie

Poor Willow...she laid around most of the day today. Those pills really must have messed her up. When they get all their shots and exam, it really bothers Leo, he lays around for two days, so listless. Worried about him last year, told Jim on the second day if Leo didn't get up to play with Willow was going to call the vet. They both slept with me the night they got their shots. _________________ http://bakespace.com/?ann_marie_pa
