GOOD MORNING FRIENDS......Got up at 5 to tinkle and thought about staying up, but knew if I did I'd be ready for a nap at 9 or 10, so back to bed til 7! Kujo followed me to the bathroom and laid right in front of my feet and I had a hard time getting him to move, he's know back laying in his bed. Guess what? When I got up this morning I thought Wow, my legs don't hurt as bad as they usually do. It doesn't even hurt to walk. I looked down at them and the swelling had almost gone away, and it didn't hurt to touch them like it usually does. I looked up and said "Thank you God"! Hopefully they will stay that way.
Tiffany and Avayah are coming over this morning. Avayah doesn't have school on Wednesday. Tiffany is going to clean and Sis and I will play...she likes to show me that she can write her name in small letters now, well except the first letter of course.
I'm Not sure if Jim and I will do anything today. I have to write out a few bills and figure out something for dinner. I want to have Fried Ham and Ham Gravy, but I'd like to have that when I know Tiffany and the kids will be here, because they like it too.
Well, I guess I had better close and give someone else a chance to talk...LOL! Hope EVERYONE has another Beautiful day...well Martha hasn't had one, maybe yours will get better! I'll check back later. HUGS!

Good Afternoon Debbie....How has your day been so far? Mine has been some what busy...mostly with phone calls. One of them to a woman the got nasty with me on the phone and I told her if she didn't stop I was going to hang up and she didn't and I did. I hate it when you get people like that. I called her supervisor and he said he would call her in , that there was no excuse to treat a customer like that. Tiffany and Avayah did NOT come over this today because Tiffany was sick at her tummy and she didn't want to take a chance of making us sick. Well, I need to go make a fresh pitcher of tea and then I think we are going to have Quesadadillas for dinner.

Well Debbie, hope the rest of your day is relaxing. I sure hope ALL our other FRIENDS are having a nice day too. Til later.....HUGS!

Good afternoon Debbie and everybody else Very Happy

I know I'm running late today due to "working" out of town. Stayed at home this morning sipping coffee with my neighbour Laughing

Then took the train to go to the semi annual meeting with colleagues from my professional society, a seminar about the "information chain" in commercial enterprises and a buffet in the restaurant of the headquarters of one of the biggest banks of the Netherlands. Just popped in the house again.
Debbie, bummer Tiffany is feeling poorly. But good to hear your leg is feeling better, hopefully it stays that way. Could it have to do with the fact that you are much more physically active since Jim has been home? Physical activity opens the veins in your legs and the fluids can be removed from your legs more easily.

Hey Y'all:

Here's one more Debbie.

I am so glad for you that the swelling has gone down in your legs, I hope it will stay down. It took over a year for dh's leg swelling to go down. For a while like his skin was going to split open it was so tight. Suddenly, just like you it went down over night & so far has stayed down.

Have been puttering around doing small stuff today, cleaned out cabinets above the washer/dryer. Need to put a shelf in there for cooking pots that I don't use too often. Storage space is at a premium in my kitchen. Have the washer going with towels.

Need to get out to the store for a few meats. Problem is that I really don't want to go out.

Hi Fan and Pat......Yea, is what I say! There for awhile I thought I was talking to myself Laughing

Dinner is over with and the dishes are done,Jim is watching some weird show on TV, one that I know we've seen several times in the past few months. It seems like all the narrators all have this voice that will put you to sleep in a heart beat....No wonder I sleep all the time. I've watched all I can watch for awhile.

**FAN, I bet it was nice to set out and enjoy coffee with your friend. We all won't be having too many more of those days will we? This afternoon Tiffany said she feels better. They had a Family Nite at the boys school and she thinks it was something she ate there. I'm think I see if she just wants to wait to come over until Saturday and that way I can see the kids and Cody and Blake can rake the yard, Jim can clean off the porch and go through the kids old outside toys...alot of them need thrown out or given to smaller kids...anyway I'd like to see it become a fun day of cleaning up outside and getting it ready for winter. I'll take care of fixing us all a nice Fried Ham dinner and some kind of dessert. About my leg...I tend to think I am doing alot more since Jim's been home, so Yes That may be helping.

**PAT, Swelling of your legs is caused by so many things and it's very important to keep track of it. Just like your weight...I'm supposed to weigh myself EVERYDAY not for weight lose control, BUT to keep track of any weight gain of a pound or two over nite, it can mean that I have fluid build up around my heart again. My one leg was so swollen that it busted open and last Dec. I requested to be admitted to the hospital for that reason. Did you ever make it to the store? Can your GS go for you when you don't feel like going? Speaking of Xtra space in your kitchen to store pots you don't use alot...I have the same problem too. I have an OLD Dishwasher that I'm tempted to have Jim take out, put a cabinet door there and store them there.

Well girls, I guess I'll go and I'll be back in the morning. Have a good rest of the evening and a peaceful nites rest. HUGS!

Hey there:

I did go to the store, bought chicken legs & thighs, 1 pkg. stew meat.

They are remodeling our Publix & had a terrible time finding everything. Never did get bread. All the aisle signs are still the old ones & I didn't feel like walking up & down each aisle. I spent a few pennies under 60.00 & only got 5 bags not even 1/2 full & 1 12 pack of dog food.

I really didn't have a list-wanted to see what meats were on special. That's why I didn't send GS.

Pattit I forgot to answer your ? from Monday about my leg...I have RA in most all of my joints. I have bumps from it on the side of both knees & on my ankles, feet, fingers. Can't afford to go to an arthritis doctor so I don't have meds. to take for it. Seems like it is starting to progress faster. Just have to deal with it.
