Fan - If you were a little closer, you could join us for pea soup. Next time I hope to make it with metworst.

There are various people I see throughout the week (not at home). Each person talks on the side about different things:
- gardening, canning, and freezing
- children and each interest
- Dutch baking/cooking (Her parents would take the whole family back to more family in Holland.)
- travel (She is going to Disney World this Friday.)
- etc...

We made another quick stop at the Farmer's Market to buy one more bushel of apples. My parents are taking a bag of dehydrated apples for their plane trip home.

Vicki, that's wonderful seeing those people and talk about things you share in common. Glad you managed to get another bushel of apples. I'm probably get my self some tomorrow at the supermarket. My brother is actually picking apples and making some money with it.

Fan - Enjoy your apples! I have a question for you. The person I saw today said her family never made Dutch croquettes at home, because it was too time consuming. Are these typically bought as "fast food," premade? (Sounds like they were fantastic at baking/cooking.)
