Morning everyone,

Here is an iris to brighten your day:

My neighbor has several different colors of irises but this one is my favorite. My white ones and purple ones are all starting to bloom.

Was a gorgeous day yesterday. Jim was off so we just puttered around the house and then in the afternoon we ran over to a little park to see how warm the creek water was. Didn't get in but did dip my hand in, was warm...people were swimming. Stopped for ice cream then went to another park where they had live owls and hawks. Felt bad for the little owls, there was a family with two small boys and the boys were loud...can't imagine how the little screech owls felt. Sad

Curious to see how many critters there are today. Hoping it's a low census since I'll be there by myself most of the day.

Good morning everybody, have a brilliant start of the week Very Happy

Ann-Marie, thanks for brightening up my day Laughing . The iris is beautiful. Enjoy your day at work.
I'm hiding for the sun today, stuck in my office with all the sun screens down and the fans blowing. Yep I did get a sun burn on my shoulders while I was walking yesterday. Rather stupid, I should have used the sun block. Now everybody is chilling out on the terraces and I have to stay out of the sun for a couple of days.

Work is getting hectic here. I arranged a war against papermites on Friday and after Pentecost a big move of material. Need to get that organized properly. Better get to it, there's only two hours of office time left. TTYL.

Good evening girls, we had another beautiful day here today. I think the rest of the week the windows will be closed and the air on.
**Ann, that was a beautiful iris, I think mine are winding down now. My clematis has about 100 blooms on it and I think my daisies are about to bloom. I am glad you found time to go the parks. I think you are an outdoors kinda girl like me.
**Fan, ouch on the sunburn I hope it goes away quickly and doesn't blister. What do you do to get rid of the paper mites? Loved your picture, you live in such a beautiful city! How is Myo doing?

We were at Madison's swim meet until early late afternoon. She ended up breaking five records! She also won a trophy for most points at the meet. They had a picnic to go to afterwards so
Gary and I went to Applebee's for dinner. I hadn't been there in a long time and they had a lot of things on the menu that I thought I would like. I told Gary I would gladly go there again.
Didn't do anything exciting today, cooking, cleaning, laundry etc.
