Good Morning, Friends!

The hot/humid weather has dropped, and will drop even more in the next few days. The house fan is on, bringing in cooler outside air. My family gathering will have wonderful weather for July 4, Independence Day.

Yesterday, I practiced riding the bicycle. Hopefully, in two or three weeks I will regain my balance. (Certainly feels like a child riding his/her first bicycle.)

The USA plays Belgium at 4 pm EST (10 pm for Fan?). USA is definitely the underdog.

Have a great day!
~~Vicki

Morning,

Vicki - like you, I have started to exercise, trying to tone up my stomach area and arms. This winter was hard on everyone, couldn't really get outside to do much walking. Started the ab work out on Saturday, didn't really notice it 'til I came home on Sunday, my stomach muscles were a bit sore. Smile

We still have the warm humid air here with a good breeze, they are saying spotty showers for the day. That's ok, have to clean up the kitchen floor and finish dusting upstairs. Will take this weather over the cold wintry weather we had!! Feels good to have the house open and have shorts on. Very Happy

Hope everyone has a great day!
Ann

Ann - Is your humidity expected to break later today or tomorrow? Your ab work sounds interesting. Is it mostly indoors or outdoors (or both)?

Vicki - it looks like we are in for warm weather until Thursday. I'm off today and tomorrow so I'm glad it's nice. Smile This is the video that I watch for the ab workout, I don't do the one that she does with her legs, she moves in big circles, my lower back can't handle it.

Good morning Vicki, Ann-Marie and everybody else, have a great day Very Happy

Ann-Marie, that sounds serious. I've never done any ab work outs in my life. The only thing I do for a work out are my legs by biking and walking. Laughing
Vicki, 4 pm EST is 10 pm for me. Cool But if I read the newslines on Yahoo team USA is going to win from the Belgians, so where does the underdog part come from? Laughing
PattiT, I made a meatloaf yesterday throwing all kind of tidbits [capers, bacon, Parmesan, harissa, garlic] together and mixed it with the minced meat and some eggs Wink
Still half an hour of office time left, TTYL

I went on errands this morning. One errand was to pick up glasses frames for my next appointment. Costco is inexpensive for flexible frames, but the doctor's office is better for lenses.

Ann - I will check out that website. Smile

Fan - Watched the first game. NOW, watching the second game. Very Happy
