Good morning everyone! Well it's a typical Election Day in Ohio - rain, rain, rain. The polls in Ohio opened at 6:30 and I was there by about 6:35. I didn't have to wait in line, but more people were there than usual. We had a couple of big state and county issues and I think that's probably what brought most people out.
I have to get to work now - will check in again later.

Good Morning Sheryl and Holly and EVERYONE who stops in.... Sheryl it's raining in W.V. too. Wonder why it rains on ELECTION DAY? It does seem kind of funny, but that's the way it turns out. I've got my 2 grandsons today.....so I'll be on the floor playing a lot today. Blake the youngest (10 mos.) is getting more fun everyday. H elaughs more , he inter-acts with his brother more and I love to watch him study and play with toys.
Well I need to go get busy, I've got a few things to do before the kids get here...like laundry, and try to figure out something for dinner tonite. I hope you ALL have a great day. Debbie _________________ Debbie

Good Morning, Everyone!
I'll be leaving in a few minutes to vote. Due to all the elections and ballot proposals the wait ranges from 5-10 minutes to an hour. Thankfully, we have gray skies with the possibility of rain, rather than snow.
Have a great day,
Vicki |

Good Morning, Vicki, Debbie, Holly and Sheryle! I hope everyone has a great day today!
DH and I tried to go early vote on Friday and the line was really long. Hopefully the lines will move fast today. We are going to go vote either right before Bible Study this morning or right after.
Supper tonight will be Roast Beef and gravy, potato casserole and green bean casserole. Y'all come!
Hugs, Kenna Lou |

Good morning Sheryle, Holly, Debbie, Vicki, Kenna Lou and all to follow.
Sounds like everyone is out voting today. Me too in a few minutes. Last election I was there before work at 7:30 and they weren't set up so I waited this time.
It's getting into the 90's again today. It's so warm already i'm wearing peddle pushers and a T-shirt to the polls...in Nov , but at least they're red, white and blue LOL.
Debbie, have fun with the babies today.
Hope everyone has a happy and blessed day.

Hi Sheryle, Holly, Vicki, Monkeybusiness, Kelo, Jan and everyone else popping in today!
Your weather down there sounds wonderful! We had another blizzard last night and good old Mother Nature through some freezing rain in there for good measure. I sure am glad I don't need to go out on the highway today.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
If anyone needs me I'll be shoveling my car out of the snowdrift!!!

Just got back from school, had only 2 1/2 hours of a day, cause it is Teacher Conference day.
Did nothing really, went to the store for things to cook this week and now going to relax. Will vote later
Everyone have a great day

Happy Election Day! DH and I went and voted just before noon. We waited in line about 15 minutes, not too bad! One of the workers said it's been constantly busy since they opened, so that's a good thing! It's rainy, cold, and gloomy here
Hope you all have a great afternoon and evening!
