Happy Friday to all! Looks like things are getting back to normal on here. Linda, I can't imagine chaperoning all those kids. Sheryl, glad that you are feeling better. Debbie your meal does sound good! My hubby is working second shift, so I got up early and we had a roast chicken dinner for lunch. Jan we are having another beautiful day here again also. Our area schools are out today so it is nice that all the kids can go out and enjoy their day off. Holly, a big ole hug for you from me. Hope I didn't miss anyone and that everyone gets to enjoy the day in some way shape or form.

Hello GIRLS....you all are going to hate me...well at least the ones who thought my dinner sounded good. DD called this morning and wanted me to run errands with her today. So I did and we didn't get back home til 5:30 and I was too tired to fix the rest of the dinner, so in the fridg. the pork roast went and out to Texas Roadhouse we all went. That place had an hour and a half wait, I guess because it just opened this week. We called ahead a 1/2 hour and they're supposed to put you down for a table. ANYWAY AFTER ALL the confusion about our table and such we finally got to eat. Not bad, but Logan's Steak House is just as good and a few $$$ cheaper. SO the roast dinner is on for tomorrow ..if anyone would like to join us, we'll be eating around 6:00 pm.
One of my stops today was the post office for Christmas stamps. I told the man I needed 250 stamps......he said you much have a big family or a lot of friends. I said BOTH! Of course 40 of them where my DD's .

*****KENNA LOU, What part of Texas are you from? I used to live in College Station about 25 yrs. ago I loved it there. The city was laod out so nicely. You said you share some warm weather with us on the East coast ,if we share some cool weather. I'll hold you to that come about Jan & Feb.

*****PATTY, School was out here too and I forgot or I would have called my teenage nephews to come clean up my yard and gave them a little spending money. Hopefully the rain holds off until late afternoon tomorrow and DH andI can get it done. So keep your fingers crossed.

*****ANITA, How did the doctors appt go? Your not sick are you? I need to go to the doctor sometime before the E.O.Y. for my yearly, but I keep putting it off. I think because I know he's going to be upset with me since I've put on about 20 pounds.
