Good Afternoon, Everyone!
Please accept my apology if I have not responded to some messages. We have had a number of doctor's appointments in preparation for surgery.

Our family did receive good news today, however. Two family members were going to have surgery....now it is down to one. (One surgery determined unnecessary.) Yippee!!

Have to get supper started. Hope to catch up with you later.

Hi Everyone
Don't know if you all saw my post about my surgery. It is postponed till I clear up an infection. I am hoping after a week on antibotics I will have the surgery. I was all packed and ready to do this tomorrow.
Very disappointing.

HELLO to ALL MY DEAR FRIENDS........I'M SOOO TIRED, Prety much have been on the go since 12:30 this afternoon. Started out with going to see my MOM at the hospital. She's very weak and shaking something awful. I was going to ask the nurse about that.I've never seen my Mom shake like that. She had another blood oxygen test done today...she says they are very painful. The doctor told her that she's scheduled for another one tomorrow...it's to check and make sure there's enough oxygen in your blood,because she(my MOm) had too much carbon monixide in her blood which can kill you. Alnog with all her other health problems ..the doctor says" HE WILL MAKE HER BETTER" and after last nites scare, I'm sure my Mom will keep a good attitude about wanting to live and that helps a lot! Along with all the prayers we've been receiving from you all;my dear friends. I love ya!
Now about the cards..some of you have expressed the desire to do this...it'll just be for our little gang here AND YES BABETTE THAT INCLUDES YOU TOO! After all we would not be HERE if it wasn't for a dear friend like you! So do we do it by sending each other a "private message" with our address info OR does everyone want to e-mail me or someone else with addresses and a list of names and addresses can be e-mailed back to you once complied. Like we do over at the TOH site. I think we need to leave this open until at least the first of next week..what do you all think?

*****JAN, I can't believe that the EASt coast is warmer than CALIF> !It was in the low 70"s today..I'm still wearing shorts out! Of course ..it won't be long, give it a month or so and the ole snow will start flying! We had a delishndinner at our DD ...Fried Ham and Ham Gravy (her DH'S favorite and mine) and then some really good ice cream cake.

*****REDAWN, New carpet and paint and doors..wow I'll bet it looks like a new home! That is a lot of work too and I bet your very tired. You'll be so thankful when it's done and right before Christmas! I'm so proud of you for winning ' 1st PLACE " for your "GINGERBREAD DREAMS" you go girl!!!!I still haven't seen a pic of it !!

*****LINDA W, I just sent you out a card this morning by real mail. I figured that by the time you got out of surgery and was coherent you'd have a card waiting for you! BUT at least they found out about the infection before your surgergy. I know how disappointed you are..after all you've been setting yourself up for this for months now and wanting to get it done and over with. But it will be here soon enough and you'll have all winter to re-cope!! Prayers are still with you , along with a hand to hold on to. LOVE, LOVE LOVE the little "SNOWMAN FAMILY' graphic!!

*****VICKI, Sounds like good newsabout the surgery being determined un-necessary! Good thing they realized that before they put ya on the table!! I'll keep you and yours in my prayers also!

*****PATTI, Sorry you and your family are still sick...maube you guys need some antibotics.You've been sick since Thanksgiving! do pray you'll be feeling better soon!

*****HOLLY, Thanks for all your prayers for my MOMmyself and my Family. We have all been there for Mom and I know she loves it when we all show up at the hospital! When she starts to feel better..she tell the nurses all our names and ages! What ajob that can be...sometimes I don't even know all our names and ages!! lol Anyway, I believe in the power of prayer and I understand "HIS WILL BE DONE" too! I put all my faith in HIM!

Well I have to get going..i'm so very sleepy and need to get some rest ! We'll chat tomorrow!! Take care...Debbie
