What did you do today? I originally planned on making sweet rolls (recipe from BakeSpace), but I had not printed it. Instead, we did several loads of laundry, errands, etc.

Vicki, I was supposed to join friends and relatives for a Baking Day today, but I am still pretty sick so I didn't do much today but rest up. I think my new antibiotics are doing the trick though, I feel a tiny bit better this evening. I hate being sick this time of the year when there is so much to be done. I did a lot of internet shopping for Christmas so at least I got most of that done. By the way, I think making the sweet rolls would have been a lot more fun, tee hee. I need to get some new ink for my printer so that I can print more recipes. I do try most that I print out and most from TOH and here are very very good.

Good evening Vicki and Patti! I'm so glad to see BakeSpace is finally up and running! I tried to get on this morning before leaving the house and couldn't - I was almost depressed! Laughing

This is the first chance, since this morning, that I've had a chance to get on the computer and was thrilled to see I could log on to BakeSpace.

Vicki - those sweet rolls would have been a lot more fun to make than it is to do laundry.

Patti - I'm sorry you aren't feeling well and yes it is difficult this time of year. The best thing you can do is take your meds and try to get some rest. I know we women can't always get the time to rest, but it is good for you.

Since I've been away from the computer all day, I have a lot of catching up to do. Have a nice evening.

Hi Vicki,Patti,and Sheryle. I am like the rest of you I am so glad we can get back on here. Tried to this morning but couldn't. I had my GD's fifth birthday party to go to and also to get my doxies picture taken. I am just now getting back on this evening. Hope everyone has a good evening.

HELLO TO EVERYONE... Thanks to BABETTEfor getting us back up and running. I realy messed this place and all the chatting we do! I was on here yesterday when my electric went off and stayed off for abour 4 hrs. and=yway couldn't get on this morning and I thought maybe that had something to do with it... because I could go to myspace , my e-mail, anywhere but here...Had DH check it and he said everthing on the computer is working fine , that BakeSpace must be down. I had him check for me about 8 and he said it was up,so i could hardly wait for the DGS"s to go home !
*****VICKI, I needed to do what you did today...run errands and do the laundry..but I had the boys , plus my dryer bit the dust again. DH said this time he can't get it fixed! So it's either get other one now or go to the laundry mat for a few weeks to dry clothes. yuck!
*****PATTI, So sorry to hear that your still sick, at least you can tell the antibotics are helping. You mentioned you need printer ink ...me too! The sad part about it is.....I just bought a colored cartidge about 2 weeks ago! I do alot of cards on mine . Maybe I should ask for ink cartidges for CHRISTMAS!
*****SHERYLE, Thanks for e-mailing me back about bakespace. I was really relieved when I knew I didn't get something blown up from like a power surge or something.
*****ANITA, Sounds like you had a good day ...with having a birthday party to attend and then having your 3 fur-babies pictures taken. Are the spoiled ? My DSister and her DH have 3 "doxies" and they are sooooo SPOILED! They couldn't be any more spoiled then if they were children Matter of fact ,I'm surprised they haven't taken them to get thier picture taken. I laugh, but reall if my dog would stand still for it..I have his picture taken, but he won't ...he'd either eat the camera or the person taking the pictures!
WELL gotta go check out the rest of my mail ...might run over to TOH for a minute...you all ahve a good nites rest...Hopefully talk in the morning. Take care..Debbie
