In case anyone is interested Bobby Flay will be doing a book signing in the short hills mall. I wish I could go but I can't leave work early again for this. I have done it in the past for Giada though.

Here's the info that I got in an email today.

I told Steve that it would be a great gift for his brother for his birthday. He loves grilling and I'm pretty sure he likes Bobby. He even owns his own smoker. Pretty cool.

So Steve may wait on line and of course, I told him to get a book for me too! lol

what does steve smoke? is it charcoal or electric. i have an electric one and love doing pulled pork, ribs and chicken

It's his brother and he smokes everything. I've had his pulled pork. It was good. He's a big sauce guy. I think more men like his cooking. Steve will rave about it if you ask him. Rolling Eyes
