HELLO DEAR FRIENDS.....Just finished up dinner dishes and thought I'd check back in before it got too alte. We had doctored up hamberger patties, freid potatoes, mac and cheese and bread and butter. It was simple, but good. Went to the re-hab center to see Mom today and boy was she in a fowl mood!! She talked really bad to my dad and I told DD after we left, if she would have talk to me like that....I would have said ..."See ya, I'll be back when you can talk civil to me!" and I would have left!! I don't know if it's because she's getting tierd of that place or she just took a groochy pill. I almost said something to her, but I bit my tongue because I didn't want her mad at me. I don't know if I'll be able to do it again...it was totally uncalled for. Other than that, she's getting stronger, walking to the bathroom by herself with no walker. Had her first shower last nite, of course 2 of my sisters had to help her, but at least it wasn't a sponge bath!!. DD curled her hair for her today and she actually looked alot like her ole self!

****LINDA W, You sound too busy. I know how busy you were BEFORE the surgery, but please don't over-do. I"m with you, if you want to re-invite the TOH Recipe crowd back over. The more the marrier! You know though we do have a lot of those gorls as kitchen helpers...wonder how come they never stop in??

Well.I'm going to get busy...I have a few things to do, before I go to bed. You all ahve a good eveving and a good nites rest! Take care...Debbie

Evening everybody. Just popping in to see what everyone else was up to today. Getting ready to have the painters come in to paint what is now an extra bedroom since my youngest moved out in November -- although she has slept in there at least twice a week every week since leaving LOL! Just the chore of getting her closet cleaned out and dusting (that child must have hidden all the dusting rags I gave her this year!) was a chore. Almost done. Miraculously, she keeps her apartment spotless -- hmmmm!

I see everyone's had a busy day. It's almost Friday so hang in there! My work week is done so I'm home 'til Tuesday -- YAY!

I agree with the rest - even if I don't have time to post, I love to stop in and at least see what you all are up to LOL! Cya tomorrow....

Hello, everyone. Just thought I would stop by for a minute. Guess I get to say goodnight instead of good morning!

Been a long day. In fact, for a short work week, it has been a long week.

Nice warm weather here in Northern KY. Doesn't exactly feel like January, but I will take it!
