Hi everyone, I have been buzy last week. I just heard about Debbie mom. My son was baptized yesterday. He looked afraid. He said that it didn't hurt. He wished his Papa David could have been there to see him. I told him that he was there in spirit. Papa David would have been proud of him. He misses him.

Debbie - I am so sorry about you mother. My smypathy is with you and your family.

Good morning Becca and all who follow. Well it's another dark and rainy Monday morning. I'm just taking a quick break from work to check in. I hope everyone had a nice weekend mine was good, Saturday was productive and yesterday restful. I don't have much planned for today other than work...I am picking a co-worker up at a garage, she's dropping her car off to have some work done, then we are going out to lunch. Then at four I'll take her out to pick up her car and then will head home.

Guess I had better get back to work.

Morning Sheryle, Becca and all that pop in today,

Not much warmer and there is still plenty of ice around.

Is there anyone here from NJ? I'm going there sunday and would like alittle information from anyone that lives in the Garden State Wink

Holly- thanks for all the information you have sent regarding the dog food recall.

I emailed Star and told her I would help her at Bakespace.I think it's simple but will help anyone that needs it. I guess it must be like My Space- I have no idea how that works and wouldn't ever begin to try to figure it out Confused Our son has an page on My Space and I got on it once and clicked on one of his many friends and the music BLASTED me off my chair!

Prayers to all in need and will try to get back on later.

Good Morning, Everyone!
I, too, am taking a break.

With some TOH people saying they can not sign on, please help me recall:
Didn't Babette say that our BakeSpace sign on and our Pantry sign on must be identical or we'd have a problem signing on (after this last upgrade)?
-- OR --
Am I forgetting something?

Overnight, we had snow and rain. Now, the blue skies are positively beautiful. Smile

Sending smiles and hugs your way,
Vicki

Hi Dutch,

We haven't finished the migration yet so the pantry accounts haven't been moved. I think there are two possibilities here....

(1) if someone registered for a main account and then started accessing the pantry directly. Not knowing that there was a separate registration, they won't be able to post because they'd need to log into their pantry account. I think this is the real issue since most of the women are saying they get the newsletter. We base the emails for our newsletter off our main accounts not out pantry accounts.

(2) They registered for the pantry, but can't access their main BakeSpace accounts because they don't realize it's a separate registration from the pantry.

I really believe this is a case of misinformation and timing. At the time when most TOH'ers registered the site had speed issues. We tried several times to correct the issue with server upgrades and were unsuccessful. Turns out it wasn't the server, but the site's script. We brought in additional help and they were able to get the script cleaned up so that's why the site runs better now. Since the site is a grassroots community, sometimes it takes time to get issues & quirks ironed out. We are going to be constantly making changes and upgrades to the site in the next few months to help make things easier and pages load faster.

There is nothing more frustrating then trying to log into a site when you can't, but you know you should be able to. I'd be happy to reset any passwords or help with registrations. I hope the TOH ladies check out the home page and see our latest recipes. We've had 6 added in the last 15 minutes - wow! That's awesome.

Hi y'all! How is everyone doing? I want to thank all of you for the birthday wishes you left here for me, as well as on Myspace.

I had a really nice visit with my parents last week. Today, I have not done much. I didn't plan on cleaning house as usual today, because I knew I would be tired. I'm just trying to get back in the groove after having a week off of not really having to do anything or having a schedule.

I sure missed chatting with all of you while I was gone. Tomorrow I have my follow up doctor's appointment for the breast lump. I can't really feel it anymore, so hopefully it is gone and I won't have to go back or have any more tests!

My heart goes out to Debbie during her time of sorrow. Let's all remember her and her family in our prayers.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Hugs, Kenna Lou

Hello to Becca, Sheryle, Linda L, Vicki, Babette, Pat, Kenna Lou, and anyone else coming by today.
* Becca nice to see you posting.
*Sheryle, hope you enjoyed your lunch with your co-worker.
*Linda L, I have vacationed a few times in NJ but that is about it. We enjoyed our time there, Ocean City, NJ, Cape May, Wildwood Crest are some of the places we enjoyed. Probably not much help. We still have lots of snow here. We were going to go see the snow goose migration tomorrow, but I think they won't be landing with this snow on the ground. Crying or Very sad
*Vicki, I hope the people from TOH will try this place out again.
*Babette, I am glad that you went to TOH and tried to help the ladies out, hopefully they will coma back and give this place another try.
*Pat, glad to hear that you are feeling better. Enjoy those DGD's.
*Kenna Lou, welcome back. Glad that you had such a nice visit with your parents. It is always hard to get back into the swing of things after being gone for a while. Wishing you good luck and good news at the Dr.s tomorrow.
Not much going on here today, we are going to another BIL's birthday celebration this evening, that will be three this month! Another night of great food that will probably add a few more pounds.
Patti

I can understand how frustrating it probably was for them so it's not a problem for me. I hope they do too because the site has grown so much and the recipes are fantastic that it would be a shame not to share them with more people. Wink
