I only buy wine to cook with. So if I go to the state store and ask for a malbec wine, they won't look at me like I'm an idiot? _________________ ~Marguerite

Oh that's entirely possible in my neighborhood... I'll stop by a state store near work! _________________ ~Marguerite

Spryte, I cook with the wine that I buy and don't like. Usually, it's a dry white....I keep trying.....you'd think I'd figured it out by now At least I always have an opened bottle in the fridge for sauce LOL |

I'm with you Shane, open bottles don't stick around. To paraphrase Julia Child "Never cook with a wine you aren't drinking". _________________ Cooking Stuff

I'll have to go to BevMo to get that...whats it called? shoot, I'll have to scroll back through everything to find the name of what we're suppose to be drinking LOL. I will get to drink it aaaaaall by myself since Den is a beer man _________________ Danielle
