Does this cat look drunk to you? We don't have a name for him - I found him on my patio eating my trash. I tried to find him a home, but no one called. Anyone know what I should name him? I guess he's the first "baby" of BakeSpace - he's approx. 7 months old and a real Romeo.

Hi Jane - we have not named him yet. In fact, I got a call recently from a woman who thought he was her cat. Things didn't add up.. she said he was fixed and she lost him a month ago. I've had him since January and he's fixed. However, a small part of me thought.. what if this is her cat. She's looking at the photo - maybe she's wrong. So I invited her over to meet him & he wouldn't come out. The porr little guy hid in a closet the whole time.
The truth is, I'm glad the dates didn't line up. He's such a sweetie. In fact, he sites behind me on my chair when I'm at home (which is pretty funny cause I have a very nice office chair that's comfortable... although I wouldn't know it cause I can never site back on it). Anyhow, he's a cool cat so I think I'll keep him.
Any name suggestions would be appreciated. I can't think of a name so we've been calling him number 3 (even at the vet). |

I like the name number 3. It reminds me of my Aunts old cat number 2. She had a few Siamese cats and number 2 just stuck as his name. He would sit on warm elements on her stove and howl like a Siamese does, most of the night. What a great cat! _________________ Smile...life is short |

OMG...Babs... I do not know how to do photoes on this...
but if you will put "Wokin with Walkin" photo (from Herr Hexenmeister) next to the cat...there can be no doubt that they are related....The resemblance is uncanny... Name must be Walkin...that is how he got there, after all...

No I didn't.. where is the other photo? I couldn't find it.
Also, I've been testing names.. here are the three I've chosen...
1. Chef (of course)
2. Mr. Jones (but must be said as if you're an English Royal)
3. Double OH - as in 007 - We have a dog named Ibanez that comes by every day and his "mommy" Susan said he looks like a 007 cause he sneaks around and tries to get as close to the floor when he crawls away.. it's pretty hilarious.
Alt: I was thinking "Captian Caveeee --- maaaan" like the old cartoon and make the Vet call him that! HAHAHAH
Anyhow.. I'm testing all the names. |
