Uh Oh... OK, Cool... Smile But I will ask for a general consensus. Cause I have 2 wines in mind. Since this is the month of February, and it is Valentine's day this month... I am torn between a Sweet White (Sweets for the sweet) or a robust red for pairing with Chocolate. Any preferences?

I am so awful at this wine reviewing, but I know if I like it! I tried the reisling last night and it was awsome. I'll post a pic of the bottle later. I'm embarrassed to say I had it with a leftover pig in a blanket (the pancake wrapped sauge link variety). Embarassed Not very gourmet at our house lately. Very Happy It actually went well with it.

Shane, I voted late but I voted for you. I prefer the sweeter wines, but I'm game to try anything. From what I understand, it all goes well with lampshades and pink bustiers. Laughing

Actually.... I am gonna skip the red... I just got to thinking about it... Some like Dark Chocolate, some like white "Chocolate", some like Milk, and some, like me, like it Bitter at 85% Each one of these calls for a different wine.... And that changes depending on where the cacao beans came from and who roasted them.... Chocolate is just as complex as wine... If not even more so... So I think I am gonna go with the white.....

This is a dessert wine... Or at least I think so......

Shane I really liked it. Especially one out of the two. It was very sweet which I like. I usually don't drink white.
