I'm going to run out to the liquor store soon...... if I shovel my driveway first!
I am making Hector's chili and Scotch eggs for dinner. I've been dying to try both recipes, so I decided to do both together. If that doesn't put me and the BF in the hospital, nothing will!
So what goes good with those, as far as wine? I'm going to look for a Muscato just because the reviews sound good.... any other suggestions? |

If you are going to make the sauce moutarde for the Scotch eggs, I would go with a Pinot Gris/Grigio or a Chardonnay.... Without the Sauce Moutarde, Sauvignon Blanc or even a Gewurtztraminer
For the Hector's chili... A nice Red Zinfandel of a Shiraz... Also, as far as whites go, a dry reisling will pair with hectors Chili very nicely. _________________ ~ Shane
