What's cooking ladies?
I have some chicken (omg...how many times have I said THAT!! ). not sure what i'm going to do with it. It's going to be another hot hot day so I need something quick, easy and light. Maybe I can talk the husband into firing up the grill and just seasoning the chicken and a nice rub. _________________ Danielle

Hey there:
Did someone say chicken?
Have two breasts thawing out, thought I would fry them up tonite for dinner. Don't fry very often, so it will be a nice change. Have to figure out what the sides will be. Maybe mashed taters & silver queen corn (off the cob).
See Ya later...

We had a big lunch this afternoon, and no plans for making dinner right now. I'm sure I will get hungry later..............we have a couple of ears of corn from the other day. I tried making them in the microwave like that guy "Ken" does it............mine didn't slip out as easily as his did. Guess practice makes perfect. _________________ Karen
