What's cooking this weekend? Todays hot weather made me plain lazy in the cooking department. I choose to put my pork fillet on toast with small tomatoes at the side.

Hey there:

Have no idea what to make today, GS has one of his buds spending time here. Thinking about burgers for the guys with french fries. Made them Buffalo wings & fires last nite as a snack.

I seem to have developed a craving for p-nut butter & orange blossom honey sandwiches lately. Just can't get enough.

Hey there:

Fan you cook some many different things for yourself. They all look delicious.

Saturday we had pizza from, Dominoes for supper. Sunday we had chicken...again

Yesterday we had baby back ribs I picked up at the store for $7.00 off on Sunday. Started cooking them in the oven & then the electric went out because of the stormy weather we had all day-& nite. Waited about 20 mins. for it to come back on - didn't happen. Went outside in a downpour to set up a large outside umbrella over the grill - fired it up & finished cooking ribs outside. After I had lit the charcoal & came into the house to get the ribs....the power came back on. Go figure.

Today is burgers & fries.

Thanks Nubbins, it's probably the playful side in me.
Your baby back ribs story reminded me of my student cook outs, hanging above the BBQ with big umbrellas to protect our meats from the pouring rain
Today a went plain healthy, Asian flavoured zucchini soup with chicken and Wasabi Furikake rice balls.
