Morning everyone,

Was a busy crazy day yesterday, mostly in the morning. We had three little critters come in all at once.

How is it only two of us posted yesterday but there were 33 views? Are people peeking in from other areas of the BB but not posting? That's sad, would hope they would join in with us and not be shy!!

Suppose to be a beautiful day today, in the lower 80's and comfortable. I'm all for that!!!

Did I tell you that I talked to Mom the other day and Benji seems a bit better? He isn't coughing as hard or as much, just once in a great while he'll hack a couple of times. She said she notices it more when the neighbor guy mows for her, Benji seems to cough more. Weird how allergies affect even our pets.

Hello ladies, or should I just say Ann today. Hopefully some others will come by and say hi.
Sorry I haven't been posting much, I do stop in to see what every one has been doing lately, but if I am on my kindle, it is a pain to type on for some reason. I can get on other sites with no problem, though.
We have been busy doing a few music festivals with our cupcake tent, but they are about through for the summer. The last one is Labor day weekend. But I am not doing it this weekend. We are going to Memphis for Elvis week. My niece is performing friday night. 9 songs. She is really nervous, but I think she will be fine. She used to do it years ago with her ex, and she would sing a few by herself. But hasn't done it since they broke up 3 or 4 yrs ago. My sister[her mom] and Krys are all going, along with the kiddos. [My great niece, Tommy and Robby] Jim is going to stay home, I worry about leaving him here alone for 2 days, but at least he has a phone here at the house now. Our house guest [Cody] left last week to go out to Reno NV to stay with his brother. I will just have to make sure to call and check on him several times a day.LOL
Well I guess I had better get busy and make sure I have every thing done before we leave tomorrow. I am going to make some snacks and pack a cooler to take with us so we don't spend so much money. We will be gone until Sunday.

Hi everybody, have a great day

Still quite hot today, despite the t-storm last night. Tomorrow we'll be back on 28C and for the weekend somewhere between 30C and 34C. I can tell you I'm planning on being plain lazy . But there's a challenge I have to take on on Sunday morning. An acquaintance asked me to take pics at the dog training session. So picture me laying in the grass on an early Sunday morning waiting to be run over by a pack of dogs trying to make pics in the meantime. Just pray they are gonna brew me some fresh coffee before the action.
Ann-Marie, glad to hear Benji is doing better. Enjoy the cooler weather for me

Today was the last day of the freshmen's introduction week. I saw one of the senior students of the yachting club waking up this morning after having spent the night in a tiny boat, desperately searching for her trousers on the bigger bark, I suppose.

And Snoopdog seems to have his own "sloepdog" in the Rapenburg

One of the streetlights got kissed by a car and left behind unbalanced.


And since I was not into cooking today due to the heat, I opted for cheesy eggs laid to rest on a bed of puff pastry surrounded by small roma tomatoes for dinner

Just hope it does make an appeal on your appetite
