Good morning everybody, have a smashing day.

I'm having a sunny day overhere! Very Happy

Early mornings are getting chillier and darker by now. Sometimes it even smells a bit like autumn. Taking pics on my way to the office is becoming increasingly difficult. Yet early morning skies look wonderful.
But I did notice the spiders coming up everywhere and they obviously had a good summer, cause they are quite big already.
Shocked

Better get on with what I came for here, work and coffee Wink TTYL.

Morning,

Fan - feeling a bit better today, I don't feel as congested. Started taking the Advil Cold & Sinus so that seems to hold everything at bay. Just when I cough it seems to tighten up, but then goes a way within a few minutes. Might end up going to the doc office to get some antibiotic. Hate doing that anymore, wish there was a herbal way. But with the sinuses and "seasonal allergies", having a difficult time getting rid of these colds. Sad

PattiT - glad it was nothing majorly wrong with the pup. Feel bad for your son though if he is losing his running partner. Sad I have to watch eating sage, some times it really gripes my stomach. I do like it in stuffing. Smile

Cleaned house yesterday, had to...couldn't sit around all day, needed to move around and be active since I have to work today for 12 hours. I felt better doing that, quite a bit tired so went to bed at 9.

Ended up at Walmart, my vacuum broke it's belt. Rolling Eyes Thankfully there are 2 in a package so we have another one "just in case." Funny, while I was waiting for Jim to find me in the sweeper section, was looking at the cleaning soap for our steam cleaner for the rug. A woman came up and her and I got to talking, she picked up the great value soap, asked her if she ever used it. She told me "no. My sister uses Gain for her rugs." I'm like, "really?!" She told me that it makes her sister's house smell clean & fresh, doesn't clog up her rug scrubber either. Who would have thought???!

Better get around here, need to get a few things done then get my lunch ready.

Later,
Ann

GOOD MORNING FAN, ANN and OTHERS......Well aren't we a bunch of Early Birds this morning? I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep, look to see what time it was and thought I may as well get up, 5:30 is close enough to a normal time. Tiffany and Avayah are going to be here about 8:30 and I need to get ready for the doctor...so early is good. I think Tiffany is going to clean, then take us to the doctor, then we'll do lunch. She said she could stay in town until 1:15, then needed to head back to pick up the boys at school. I re-scheduled the get together with my 2 long lost friends until next week, maybe Tuesday! It'll be good to see them. Oh Yea, Now those that kinda know Jim and I, Know we have NOT one Jealous bone in our bodies and are happy for anything that family or friends get. Well my baby Sister last week-end just got her very own Harley Heritage Motorcycle, only 1 yr. old and cost $ 15,000. Now mind you she already had a Harley and had bought every extra you could put on them and loved that bike so, then turned around and got this one. Her Hubby already had a Harley Heritage, then he decides he needed a new bike, so he traded his bike and sis first bike in on a brand new Harley something at the tune of almost $20,000, plus last year Sis got a brand new Camero and just recently had her kitchen re-done...mind you not jealous, I just want some seeds to that darn Money Tree...LOL! I would so hate to be that far in debt. I told Jim maybe they believe the world is going to end on Dec. 12th and decided to have all the toys they want now, they won't be here to pay for them anyway Rolling Eyes Aren't they going to be surprised when they wake up Dec. 13th and life goes on and they have to pay for all those toys?
Well fixed Chicken Alfredo for dinner last nite, not sure about tonite. I have enough Bake Steak and Alfredo left to have a dab of this or that, so I don't know. Patti, it's funny you mentioned Beef Stew yesterday, as I have been wanting to make some.

**FAN, Nice pictures you took on your way to work. Yea, I figure the flowers are going to start getting less each day, BUT there's still the Fall colors. Glad to hear your Bosses Sons is able to hold his own with the mean show host. That says alot about his Personality, that he's a strong minded guy.

**ANN, How are you feeling today? I know what you mean about going to the doctor for a Sinus infection, but sometimes an antibiotic is the only thing that will clear it up. Boy a 12 hr, day is going to suck today. I'll send a prayer and some helping arms around you, maybe that will see you through. I like the idea of using GAIN in the Shampooer. I use Gain for my laundry and love the fresh smell of the clothes after they are washed. Might have to give it a try. By the way, glad the book was still there when you went back.

Well, it's 7:30, I had better start getting ready for the doctors appt. I want to be showered before Tiffany gets here at 8:30. I hope the sun is shinning in your area today and that a gentle breeze blows over your face to cool you. Have a great day! HUGS!

Morning girls. Looks like it is going to be a really nice day today. Hubby and his friend are on the golf course, they picked a good day for it. I am trying to get some things done around the house. I am going to be roasting a chicken later for dinner. I am going to put some of my sage leaves under the skin. Tomorrow my sister is coming to visit so I am not sure if I will get a chance to get on-line or not.
**Fan, oh my goodness, that flower is so beautiful, wouldn't mind having a bouquet of them nearby, but I sure wouldn't want that spider around. I hope your sunny day continues for you.
**Ann, 12 hour day, I don't know how you do it. Glad you are at least a little better today. Can you swing by here today and clean my house??
**Debbie, let us know how you and Jim make out at the Dr.s today. Enjoy sweet little Avayah today. Hmmmm, do you think baby sister might have won the lottery?? Ha, ha. I often wonder how people can spend so much money.

Gotta go get busy, hope every one has a wonderful day.

Good morning strangers!!LOL. We have been running a lot lately. We had to go to Nashville yesterday for Jim's cardio check up. He doesn't have to go back until next May, so I guess he is doing pretty god. Although they didn't do much checking him out, listened to his heart with a stethoscope and asked him a bunch of questions.
While we were on our way home last night, we had a flat tire on our little truck that we just got, and of all things for Jim to not fix, he didn't have a spare tire or a good jack. It is ironic, because he is always making sure the kids all have good tires before they go anywhere.LOL We had to call Jeanna and Ira at 10:00 pm to drive 65 miles to bring us a tire and jack, since they were the closest to us. She was picking on him for it, cause he ran a tire shop for 30 yrs, before he moved to TN.LOL
We are planning a family reunion this weekend. My younger sister and her kids are coming in from FL, and my sis from AR is going to try to come, but not sure she wants to drive here alone. Our brother was going to come with her but has to work. We haven't seen him since our mom passed away 8 1/2 years ago. Long time!! Crying or Very sad We are camping at a place on the river for 3 days. Some of them got a room, but we are roughing it with a tent, Krys, and family, Jessica and family, Jeanna and family, my sis and brother that live in TN and a few of our cousins are coming. Even if no one else shows up it will be a nice reunion. I have sent out a bunch of invites but not many of the other cousins have responded. Rolling Eyes

Robby was selected from several home school students that do online studies to be interviewed by channel 5 today about a program they are doing. so he is going to be on the news. Also he was signed by a talent agent last week. He has tried out for a few movie roles, He loves doing that kind of stuff.

We bought Jeanna and Ira a small Airstream camper the other day for $600.00. it is an old one,1972, but the shell is still really good, They are in the process of cleaning it out. An older man lived in it for 10 yrs and smoked so it is pretty funky. I have checked out the prices on them and that is a really good deal.
Shocked Shocked They have been staying with Ira's mom for 3 yrs since their house burned, and also helping her out with the farm, but it is crowded there, so she wanted a place of her own to have some peace and quiet. They have 300 acres there, so they are going to set up the camper until they get their shop and apartment built.

Well I hope you all have a good day, I had better get busy, and get off of here. TTYL

Hi everybody, you all seem to have a very busy day today Smile . Luckily mine is finished. Just cleared the counter with dishes. Laughing
Ann-Marie, glad you are feeling somewhat better. Stay on your feet today, cause 12 hours is a very long day.
Debbie, good luck at the doctors today. Hopefully everything goes okay. Wow your sis seems to be caught in a spending frenzy. I don't think I'd ever get that much credit in my life unless I really hit the jackpot...... Wink
PattiT, roasted chicken with sage. Yummy!!! Have fun with your sis tomorrow.
Hi Grammadot, how nice to have family reunion. Glad to hear Jeanna and Ira will get some space of their own be it in an old camper. I can imagine they are really looking forward to that.

Hi Everybody!

Beautiful day today! I watered all my pots of flowers on the deck and mowed the lawn. It's supposed to be sunny and in the 90's the rest of the week.

Nothing much new around here. Still no offers on my daughter's house....I'm getting nervous, she can't afford to heat that place another winter! Tomorrow I am taking my Mother to the eye doctor. She thinks she is having trouble reading and her glasses need to be adjusted too. It will be interesting... she hasn't been out of the house since Christmas!!!
