Morning everyone,

Whew, we are up to 21 critters!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked Crazy. Plus they were on their way to pick up another one when I left yesterday. Will be running hither and yon today.

PattiT - you would think that the insurance would pay for a lot of it...especially cancer patients, they have to go through so much as it is. Sad

Vicki - nice pictures of the tulips! Nice color, isn't it?! My neighbors are blooming, mine are just now budding but they look like they could pop open at any time now.

Fan - so the country is back to normal now? Everyone done celebrating? Smile

Nubs/Pat - the gas prices here vary from $3.39 to $3.49.

Going to be a busy two days.

Take care,

Looks like it is going to be another nice day here. I can not believe how bad my allergies are this year though. It was so nice out yesterday that I thought I would sit on the front porch a while and then take allergy medicine if I needed it. I didn't last long out there, my eyes started watering and stinging. I hate not being able to enjoy nature right now when it is so pretty outside.

To all who are wondering, yes we think eventually insurance will pay a good part of his bills, but they are having a tough time getting the bills paid right now. Tina just wants Nick to concentrate on getting better so she is fighting all his financial battles right now. I talked to him yesterday and they think they are going to love living where they are. Before in his condo they would see people once in a while in the hallways but they just didn't hang out like they do in their new neighborhood. They are enjoying sitting on their front porch in the evenings. When we left Nick and Tina's on Saturday the stackable washer and dryer had to be left in the living room because it just didn't fit down the stairs to the basement. When their new landlord came by he told them "Don't you worry about it we WILL get it down there." He told them he will take out part of a wall or whatever it takes and then he will repair it afterwards.

Not too much going on here, hubby roto tilled the garden 4 times getting it ready for planting. We are both excited to get that done. I planted some lettuce in one of my pots out front and will be looking for some hanging baskets for the front porch soon.

Debbie is still in the hospital as of yesterday evening. She has had her 4th skin graft on her foot. Tiffany said that her Mom thinks she is ready to go home but that they are keeping her for a while yet. They are making sure her oxygen machine from home is working properly etc.

**Ann, hope your day is not too hectic today, although does that seem to make the day go faster??
**Pat, we try to plan our trips also trying not to waste gas. I am with you, trying to find things in the store. I also think their plan is that we will pick up more on our way trying to find things. Grrrr.
**Fan, will it be a quiet weekend or do you think their will be more celebrating going on?

Hello to everyone else who stops in.

Hi everybody, have a smashing day Very Happy

Ann-Marie, it sounds almost as if you've been hitting the national record. It must have been an early and cold autumn last year Wink. About us, nothing normal yet. We are prepping for National Liberation Day this Sunday with a flea market in my street.
PattiT, our leftover orange has to be refreshed Laughing

Sorry to hear Debbie is still in the hospital, but on the other hand I'm happy they are trying to make things work for her. Nice to hear Nick and Tina have a cooperative landlord.

I've got a busy weekend ahead of me, office tomorrow, prepping the flea market and household chores on Saturday, flea market on Sunday, Audit classes on Monday and then another two days at the office followed by a nice long weekend. Very Happy.
