Good morning everybody, have a smashing Friday Very Happy

It's been raining all day and I've been running in between the raindrops. Laughing
Passed some of yesterday's rain victims on my way to the office this morning Sad

and saw the first rosebud about to burst open after being hydrated Very Happy .

Now I'm eager to see the sun again. Hopefully tomorrow. Gonna try to get some of my chores done today, just in case Wink

**FAN, Looks like a dead umbrella to me...but with a little bit of rain good things DO happen, like that Beautiful Rose Bud! Is that in your yard? I haven't been out to see any of my Spring Flowers, most of which have run their course by now. My Lilac bush was just loaded with blooms and boy did it ever make the house smell good. But my Rhododendron is for some reason dying off, only 2 blooms at the bottom of the bush and it's a big bush. I was going to have Jim get it out altogether, but I think I'll see if he can just cut it way back and give her some good food many next year it'll look nice again! Enjoy your day!

I feel so bad for NOT keeping up with probably my BESTEST FRIENDS EVER!!! So sorry about that. I have Lost most interest in the computer for now anyway, because I’m Not allowed to be setting with my legs dangling from the chair. I have such a hard time keeping the fluid from my legs, which in turn is the first step to heading me in the Hospital with Congestive Heart Failure, then on top of that my Blood OX Gases go way out of control and they incubate me, which I hate. I have put over have my fluids that I lost in the hospital back on my legs as it is. My foot is a totally different story….I have been going to the Wound Care Center since Mid February and it is Bigger than it was when I first went to them and I’ve even had 5 Skin Grafts too….Go figure! Anyway, so far I think I’m still sane through it all and If I’m Not they all know me there…LOL!

Jim’s Severance Package and Insurance from his job ENDS the end of this month! We have been talking about paying for another month through them, it’ll be close to 1500.00 dollars, simple because I have so many Health issues, but until I can get enrolled Medicare Part B , we need something! Jim isn’t too crazy about looking for work yet. I know he is afraid to leave me with what he calls “A Babysitter”, but also he makes more on unemployment than any job he’d get around here.

Tiffany and the kids are doing good. I’ll have the kids all summer while Tiffany goes to school. I look forward to that, but will still miss my occasional quite time. Tiffany is doing real well in School and likes it a lot. She does mention how tired she is when she gets home and still has to do the Motherly routines too. I told her …Been there done that!

I have a lot of reading to do from previous posts, …might need to come back and do that later. Wishing ALL my sick friends and your son too Patti, days of feeling good again! We should all pray for each other! Hope everyone has a sunshiny day. Many HUGS and Much Love to you ALL!

A clean house is the sign of a broken computer.

Debbie, I'm really happy to see you posting again Very Happy . Sorry to hear your legs are not doing any better and that the insurance issues are still continuing. How long will it take to get accepted for Medicare Part B? I'll keep on praying for you and Jim. Glad to hear Tiffany and the kids are doing good. It'll be nice having the kids around in summer.
Alas the rose is not in my garden, but on the way to my office so I get to see it every day Smile . I hope Jim can save your Rhododendron.

Hey Y'all:

Glad to see you posting again Debbie, sorry about your wound not healing up properly. Glad you're out of the hospital.

I have smoked since I was about 16-I'm now 64 Shocked Never more than 1 pack a day but have tried quitting over the years ... obviously hasn't worked.
Saw an ad for electronic cigarettes & sent for them. So far they are working. Not cheap, but cheaper than the 3 cartons of generics each month I have been buying. Have absolutely no craving to smoke a regular cig (I still have 1/2 a carton). Must be ready for it to work this time.

Big HUGS to everyone who needs one.....

Y'all take care...

Don't let life get in the way of your dreams
