Good morning everybody, have a smashing Sunday Very Happy

I'm rather late today, but breakfast is in the oven. Wink and coffee is ready. Today is Leiden Marathon day and there are already people active in my street. Unfortunately the weather is on the cold side and it's windy too. The sun is really trying hard to break through the clouds, but no luck so far.
PattiT, hope your weather is much better than ours. Have a lot of fun with the family at the picnic.
Ann-Marie, hope you had a fun day with your Mom. And if you are heading for work, have a good day at work. Come to think of it, some of your today's critters could be biking around in your area in about six years from now without you even realizing it Laughing
Gotta go for now otherwise my cheese rolls come out black.

HELLO ALL MY BAKESPACE FRIENDS.....
Thought I had better chime in real quick, so you all would know I was STILL around! I'm feeling pretty good well with the exception of my knees hurting like a you know what and they keep me from getting a good nites rest! Jim is pondering the idea of looking for work, although around here there's NO good paying jobs! The family is getting ready to take on another chapter in our lives, so I hope everything turns out ok..keep us all in your prayers. On the brighter side of Life, the Sun is shinning, the sky is blue and I once again heard the birds singing this morning. Now that school is almost out, I have some things planned to do with the Grandchildren that should be fun. We did one project yesterday and it didn't turn out too well, but I know where I made my mistake so we'll do better IF we do it again!

**FAN. The picture of your flower is pretty. Speaking of Breakfast, I was going to try a new Breakfast casserole yesterday as I had the kids, but figured most of them wouldn't like it, so had French Toast and Sausage Patti's instead...actually Cody fixed it all himself! He's quite the little worker, along with Breakfast he ran the sweeper, trimmed the dead out of my Rhoddy and mowed the lawn, planted me some flowers too!

How are the rest of the group.....I don't get on the computer much, but sure do miss you all! I need to try and go back a few days at a time and re the past post.

Well I'll close for now as I really shouldn't be setting here too long with my legs dangling from the chair...doesn't help the swelling you know! Hope everyone has a beautiful day and remember I'm thinking 'bout ya! HUGS!

Hi Debbie, great to see you posting. Awesome that Cody already fixes breakfast and performs so well on the other chores. Thumbs up. Smile . Glad you are feeling pretty well too. As for Jim, it'll be difficult but being active and mingling amongst people does enhance his chances on better jobs. Staying at home sure doesn't.

The runners on the 5K passed my house this afternoon. Lots of kids ran the 5K either accompanied with a parent or on their own. Was really fun watching them. One little girl was accompanied by her mum in the wheelchair.

I really hope both of them made it to the finish line Smile
