Good day everybody, make it rock Very Happy

I've had a warm and muggy day and it's going to be followed by a hot muggy and rainy night. Guess I have to sit it out and be happy, cause nature needs it badly.
Life has gone back to normal after the congress. Office work is on my priority list for now. Myo is improving by the day. I bought her a couple of new food bowls on a standard. Seems that cats with kidney conditions sometimes are having troubles with nausea too. And eating from a plate on the floor while standing doesn't make it any easier on them in that case. Myo never sits down to eat, so I pretty much figured a standard putting up the bowls a little higher might worth trying.
So what's happening on your side of the big pond?
Nubbins, Debbie, Carolyn, Tango and Nick you all are on my prayer list.
Everybody else, have a fun day and for the hungry ones; chicken in red curry sauce Wink

Hello Fan -- glad Myo is getting better. Very Happy Hard to see them not feeling well since they aren't able to tell us what is wrong and where it hurts. Sad As Leo got older he started to throw up a lot, took him to the vet and she suggested that we get a table for him, put his food up...really helps a lot, once in a great while he'll throw up but he'll gorge himself then drink like crazy. And up it all comes. Don't know why he does that, there is always food sitting out for them...and it's only the two of them, they are good at sharing since there are 2 bowls. Must be a male cat thing.

Work was decent today...busy but not Shocked hectic. Kept me on the go all day, the day went fast.

Guess we are to get some severe weather tonight into tomorrow. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Evil or Very Mad sick of the rain and t-storms, ready for some 70º weather and sun shine! Smile Shouldn't complain really, hate the snow even more so will deal with the rain.

Hi Everybody!

Fan- I'm glad to hear Myo is feeling better. I've heard before that raising their dish is better for them. My kitties have a little "table" that holds two bowls. Maybe that's why mine never seem to get hairballs....even though they are forever grooming! By the way, they are getting along better. I think at this time of year, when I open all the doors and windows... Willie goes into "sensory overload" and gets nervous and jittery.

I spent the whole day in the yard. It was a beautiful day. I mowed the lawn, trimmed the bushes all the way around the house and fiddled around pulling weeds, etc for the whole day! I came in and took a shower... now I'm exhausted!! Expecting more rain tomorrow, so I figured today was my only day to get it all done.

Ann - Glad things have slowed down a little at work. Sounds like you had a great time at the book sale!

Carolyn - Boy! You really do have one thing after another, don't you? Well, I hope you're feeling better..... you're in our thoughts!

I made Ann's recipe for "Sunshine Chicken" the other day. It's on my regular rotation now! (Thanks Ann!!) If anybody hasn't tried it... it's great and so fast and easy. I made it with fresh squeezed orange juice and topped it with thin slices of orange..MMMmmmmmmm!

Hi to everybody else out there!
